TERMS & CONDITIONS

Acceptance of Accuracy Products purchase orders, the organization agrees (as appropriate) to:

​

• Notify ACCURACY PRODUCTS of nonconforming product

 

• Obtain ACCURACY PRODUCTS approval for nonconforming product disposition

 

• Notify ACCURACY PRODUCTS of changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location

 

• Flow down the applicable PO requirements e.g. customer requirements, records retention requirements, etc.

 

• Grant right of access by ACCURACY PRODUCTS, their customer and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records. 

 

• Ensure personnel awareness of their contribution to product or service conformity, Product Safety, Counterfeit Parts Prevention / Material Awareness and the importance of ethical behavior.
